“10/10 for customer service for a start! Very helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I can't rate the dry robe highly enough! Very thick and warm while also being lighter than my old one. Tested it out in the heavy rain today for 1.5 hours and came came as dry as a bone. I am planning on ordering another for my mum - she loves mine also as much as I do :) very happy customer here”

“I work in an alternative education setting on a farm in the UK. It's taken me a year too find the right wet cold weather gear. Three of us have the extreme robes now, Im a size 14 and bought a very small one and it's perfect...its really too nice to wear on the farm but I need too. It's super cool and I' m so happy with it. What a great investment!”

“I love my coat, I brought one last year in the blue but even after reading the sizing info wasn't sure if I'd need the medium or not but I purchased the medium which if far to big for me so hubby now has it for walking the dog in heavy rain and I now have my new xs/s which is still big but nice, I'm a woman's size 16 , I love the bright pink colour, highly recommend as no rain gets in except from the huge hood, which there was a way to bring the in somehow because that's the only way we get wet in our coats.”

“Good quality coat. Haven't worn it yet as I bought it in the summer. Will definitely keep me dry in the winter. Very very warm too. Huge coat. Comes supplied with a bag. Even when stored in the bag it's still very big. I didn't buy the changing robe, just the everyday robe. I'm 159cm tall and a size 16 if buying tops. I purchased an Age 16. It is big but it's meant to be. You can tighten the wrist cuffs so that's good. I also like the fact that there isn't too much writing all over the coat. (Unlike some robes). If you have any queries it's best to phone them. I got a lot of help and the chap was friendly. (No reply to my email queries that's why I suggest you phone). Once I start wearing it I think it will be a great. Bring on the winter! 😀”

“Bought the purple xs/s and I love it. Haven't worn it yet as the weather is too warm but I know come the winter it will be the best coat. No more wet trousers for me. And a very competitive price. Quick delivery.”
