“Arrived at Yamsafer web site via 'Trivago' booked accomodation in Croatia booking confirmation paperwork was issued and holiday was paid up front.
On arrival at the hotel there was no booking and the hotel had no agreements with Yamsafer.
We had to pay almost twice the rate to secure accomodation. Yamsafer eventually refunded our original cost. However they did not make any compensation or refund the difference we had to pay. We have given Yamsafer more than enough time to correct the situation. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.”
