Put in order for 4 candles they cancelled 3 of them the 4th couldn’t be delivered as it was damaged then took full payment for the 4 and have no records of payment I think this company are a joke to deal with customer service is nonexistent never again

Very rude customer service.
Wasn't even spoken to at the till.
One lady doing all the stocking up and trying to help everyone and she was wonderful. Her name was Heather.
