I find it sad that a small company like Yayzi is not receiving more excellent reviews. Like Sarah Jones, I also took a chance and signed up. I’m glad I did. The entire service was from start to completion perfect. My speed is perfect and has not dropped after a few days, as it had done with my previous ISP. I hope Yayzi will get more good to excellent reviews as they seriously try very hard to help the customer. I have nothing negative to say about any aspect of the service. All that remains for me is to wish Yayzi and everyone involved, the very best for the future.

I have been waiting for and half MONTHS now. TWICE Liam has promised to send me a router, 3G/4G the first time, 5G the next time. The truth is it is just endless words which mean nothing. I know he is the CEO, support, chief bottlewasher and bob unblocker, but if you cannot get the job done - either get help or at least tell people the truth. I get the two week lack of response (bereavement) and lots of other reason why things don't get done - but the 5G router was supposed to be here almost a month ago - and like the 3G/4G router before that, nothing. It's not even a "one off problem", I made the mistake of coming to Yayzi for both my home AND my little B&B which has also had no broadband for two and a half MONTHS. Always blames Openreach (long story) for the delays with the initial connection while waiting for CF to take over later. Always ORs fault - and presumably the couriers for now delivering either of the "get you going" routers. Just tired of the endless excuses and failures. City Fibre and Openreach are now being involved as are Which? Will keep you posted.

Some things you should know about YAYZI BROADBAND IN FLEETWOOD. RAN BY MARTIN GARNDER & Liam Mulryan 1. Employ people, knowing full well they can’t afford to pay them! 2. Fail to pay their staff on time each month cos they’re relying SOLELY on customers payments coming in. To then use, to pay the 2 employee’s they had 3. To then unlawfully fire them on the spot FOR NO REASON AT ALL other than expressing dissatisfaction about being paid late & blocking them on Facebook. To THEN 4. Just refuse to pay them at all or the full amount they’re owed & completely disregard notice pay & contract terms. Also, this is all during THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. Fully aware they are making a 26 year old, vulnerable, homeless girl with no family & mental health issues even MORE vulnerable, by not paying her. They might have “stupidly fast broadband” but their morals & ethics are all over the place. I highly advise re considering wanting to put money in peoples pockets who treat people like this. There are plenty of other small ISPS out there you can support, who treat people with dignity & respect. It’s been A MONTH & I’ve still not been paid what I’m owed. I was contracted. They’ve completely disregarded pretty much everything in my contract & just done what the hell they like. Martin is a piece of 💩 that enjoys speaking to women like trash & anyone who he thinks is below him just because he made a 50k investment into the company when Liam needed it the most & is admin of fb pages with thousands of people in & Liam just sits on the sideline, making false promises & talking about him behind his back & allowing disgusting employer practices to run because he’s too bone idle or scared to do anything about it. They’re both as bad as each other & I refrained from posting anything about this situation for weeks. As I wanted to give them the opportunity to to rectify & pay me, but since they still haven’t. Here we are. I have proof for everything i’m saying ALL evidence of conversations & case with acas. If anyone would like them, dm me. AVOID YAYZI

Liked the sound of super fast internet, signed up and gave a £100 deposit then months after with no date on when it would be ready asked for a refund which we were told would be a few days, the days turned to weeks and then turned to months and now given up ! They don't deliver on what they say they will do

I was a little worried after looking at the reviews on Trustpilot. However, the staff reassured me their "problems" were resolved so I took a chance. I'm glad I did, everything was great from ordering to installation, the speeds are fantastic and the price is very cheap. Highly recommended!
