“I arranged to a taxi to Yeovil Junction on 9th August. The driver was prompt, polite and helpful.
I arranged another taxi from the Junction home on 12th August - again the lady driver was on time, polite and helpful. Nothing for too much trouble for either and so much better than drivers in the past!! A credit to your team for both drivers.”

“Hi, we took a ride in a cab belonging to "Yeovil Radio Cabs" and found the cab driver to be very friendly, his cab was clean and he was accommodating in taking us to our destination after we was told by the cab operator that he would only take us to the Railway Station in Yeovil. When we said would you be willing to take us all the way home he said that he would, after checking with the cab operator she said that's fine, but make sure you get the fare first, we understood. Would use this firm again.”
“Truly awful, rude and offensive service. I booked a 40 minute taxi ride from the train station to my accommodation. The phone operator was blunt and unhelpful. The taxi driver was rude and offensive, would not even greet me when I said hello, seemed greatly inconvenienced when I asked if I could be drop 10 seconds down the road, at the same location. Was unwilling to accept Scottish currency explaining to me that he would only take BRITISH notes. If you ever find yourself needing a taxi in Yeovil do your self a favour and scroll to the next taxi provider.”
