“Ordered ink from them. The wrong cartridges arrived. I have been unable to speak to them despite leaving many messages. Just the very worst service”

“I ordered cartridges. The wrong ones arrived. I have been completely unable to speak to them to find the causes for the mistake. I've left many messages to no avail. I've wasted more than £30 of my hard earned money. Appalling service. The worst company I've ever dealt with, or not dealt with.”
