“I ordered a silicon lid seal which arrived in the postage package (alone) which I thought was unhygienic. It was not placed in a plastic seal which makes it more prone to further exposure during transit, if the paper postage package breaks.”

Hi Deana, thank you for sharing a product review with us. I'm very sorry to hear that your purchase wasn't packaged as expected. These items aren't individually packaged when shipped to us from our supplier, but we do advise that all food items should be washed before their first use (and between uses) for hygiene reasons. I will share feedback with our warehouse team as this is the first time this has been expressed as a problem, and we will work together towards a solution.

“I ordered online and found the website very user friendly. My grandson loved his wooden mole - he goes into “mole” class in September and this will the third animal/insect in his collection. The mole follows on from badger and bumblebee classes in previous years. Always very prompt dispatch and delivery from Yes Bebe.”
