“My first time hearing about this company was when I was searching for an OMIE lunchbox. Im very pleased to say that my shopping experience with 'Yes Bebe' was great! I needed the items ordered in a tight turn around and they were very communicative about each stage of the packaging and shipping process. All items arrived well packaged and in great condition- thank you! Will definately order from them again.”

“The Maileg wooden closet arrived and both of the doors were broken. I emailed the company to request a return and I returned the item. About 4-5 days went by and I had not received an email saying they had received the item so I had to message them to ask if they had received it and if I had been issued a refund only to be told they had recieved it and the refund can take up to 14 days, to be issued. I complained about the lengthy refund process and they then managed to issue the refund the following day. I must say I found the returns process long winded and the lack of communication frustrating. They didn't have a replacement so I had to buy the item elsewhere. I had bought this for my Grand daughter's birthday.”

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the broken doors upon receiving the closet. We understand how disappointing it must have been for you and your granddaughter. We are also sorry for any frustration caused because you feel there was a lack of communication during the return process. We advise that we aim to reply to all queries within 2 working days, and we were able to get back to you within a day at most regarding most of your queries. We do completely appreciate that it can be frustrating when it isn't possible for a company to process a return as soon as it is delivered, but I was very forward and open about the reasons why this isn't currently a service that is possible for us to provide, and your return was processed within the few days that I had advised it would be, so I'm very sorry again that it wasn't possible for this to be done sooner.
