Dear Steve, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I understand that you faced issues with our 3D Secure payment authorization process, which required you to authorize the payment through an SMS or call from your bank. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. It seems you had to use three different cards, with the last one taking an unusually long time to process. I can imagine how frustrating this must have been and I sincerely apologize. Our 3D Secure system is designed to provide an extra layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It is a mandatory process that requires the cardholder to authenticate each transaction to prevent unauthorized use of the cards. However, I acknowledge that the process should be smooth and not cause any unnecessary inconvenience. Please be assured that we are looking into this matter and will make the necessary improvements to ensure such issues do not reoccur. In the meantime, I would like to assist you further. If you could provide me with more details about the difficulties you faced, or any other error messages you received, it would be immensely helpful in identifying and resolving the issue promptly.
