“I bought a shared ownership flat and have had problems for the last 2 x years. Staff are unwilling to provide any customer service when anything goes wrong. I currently have a situation where my kitchen window is hanging on one hinge and although their surveyor agreed it is faulty they are telling me to get the repair done and they will consider whether they will refund the money Call centre staff a waste of time and not willing to help at all. Won't email or provide written advice and hang up during the call as they say they don't have time to deal with my problem. Was told to get the work done myself "what's the problem, you work so will have the money" DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS ORGANISATION!!!”
