“We had a lot going on on Monday morning and needed our server rebooting. I called and Kane, quickly did this, but also made sure we had told all staff so they did not lose any work. Thanks very much”

“The problems always get sorted as quickly as possible . There is always an understanding that the issues directly affect the business and even when I am grumpy due to the situation my issue is always dealt with , with patience and effectiveness and professionalism.”
