“Luke was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Can't say the same for other staff that spent 10 minutes trying to log into something without putting the user name in. I got fed up and put it in myself and then they got annoyed because I moved the mouse? bit of a joke.”

“Good response time but why on earth was the webpage blocked in the first place? It related to a professional firm (none of the other pages were blocked) and it is difficult to see how either "insolvency" or "contentious" could be in any way taboo.”

HI Anton, It has been blocked because of some malformed coding in the website. This is done to protect against what we call drive by infections where you unknowingly get a virus just by visiting a web page. Again sorry for the inconvenience. I am pleased we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks Lee Hewson

“Speedy resolution but the resolution knocked out another VPN and outlook installation. I had asked whether the solution would remove these and you said you didn't think it would but it did. I therefore had to ask my other IT provider to re-do his installations. Would have been helpful if you could have made sure whether this would happen or not.”

Sorry for the inconvenience, I believe Lee has spoken to you about this. Unfortunately the only way to fix the issue was to do a system restore back to a previous time. It seems the restore point was before your Nottingham VPN’s etc were setup and needed recreating. Thank you for leaving us a review.

“Problem got fixed eventually, but the engineer kept disappearing leaving me with no useable PC and gaps of several minutes when nothing was being done to expedite a repair.”
