“A prompt and efficient service, in the timescales we requested, with a good report that came soon after the house visit. There were some issues identified in the report that we have now been able to act on with our seller to make good some repairs. A little pricey, but good service...”

“Very good service, arrived on time no fuss and was clear in explaining about the survey, just what you need. Only little moan would be that the names were mixed up on the report which could have been a pain but the response to correct was really quick so no harm done.”

“I found this surveyor through a comparison site where they were easily the cheapest. Two weeks later they had done the job and 2 days later I had their report which covered everything that I needed to know clearly and without any further questions. Despite this I still got an email a few days later asking whether I needed any further information. I had a survey on a different property a few weeks ago which took about the same time and received a report covering similar areas which cost me nearly double what this one cost so I am very pleased.”
