“I am happy with the service Ricky gave me in dealing with my debt. He was understanding, not judgemental, listened and help provide solutions in dealing with my debts. He's extremely prompt in replying and an easy person to talk to. He's kept me up to date with the process and answered any concerns that I had. He prepared my answers for the drafting call so that I would be less stressed and be organised.
