I feel misled. Read the fine print carefully before paying — it looks like a simple one-time forms purchase but turns into a recurring membership. If this happens to you, cancel immediately and dispute the charge with your bank/credit card company.

“Intended only to obtain downloadable uncontested, no minor children divorce forms to help a friend for whom English is a second language. Immediately upon entering my contact information, I received a call from a woman offering assistance with the forms. She left me with the impression that she represented a legal department within YOURFORMS. She told me the courts will quickly toss any legal forms with ANY missing dots or uncrossed t's....I said I didn't need legal help. Again,she insisted that for me to be assured of a quick response from the court, the best path was to have their team check the work. Because this was not for me, but for my friend who's situation required the quickest divorce possible, I agreed.
That explains the first $69.00 paid, but I honestly have no idea why an additonal $109 was charged to my VISA.
The money would have been ok, if I had gotten any kind of service in a remotely timely manner. The nightmare of files being "locked for review" went on for days. ULtimately, after three weeks (some of the delay was attributable to my own distractions, but certainly only a small part!)
We took the six hours needed to drive to court and fill out the paperwork in person. This company was a nightmare to deal with! The only good I can speak about in this hideous experience would be the members of the chat feature. They were helpful. At one point, after some incredible delays, one agent said that he felt I should have a refund. Thank you for acknowledging that!”
“Be aware not as “easy” as they make it seem. You purchase then in order to move forward they hit you with additional fees to get you through. Not cool when your limited on funds. I do not recommend”
