“I ordered custom sleeves and a playmat. The sleeves are great! The only downside I had with the mat is the same they submitted the preview of the finished product, I emailed and stated that I didn't like it and to remove the MTG play zones. I was in contact with a representative that assured me the changes were made.. but then 2 weeks later I was told they changed were not made.
They did, however ship an altered mat for free. If they had monitored their customer service email a little better this would've been a 5 star review.”
