“The durability of these gloves is abysmal. After just a few hours the threads are coming out. In less than twenty hours of use I have holes in several of the fingers. These are not worth the premium price.”

“Good pair of gloves, last longer than most brands, I recomend the Hybrid XT they’ve lasted me over 3 weeks, in my crew we’ve changed 4 to 8 poles a day, & they’re still good, the FR Mechanics Hybrid is an even better glove, I’ve had them for a little over 3 months & they’re almost about to give out.”

“The gloves that I bought are very comfortable but not as warm as expected. I was working in Canada and the temps were in the low 20'sF and my fingers were getting very cold. I had to switch to some other winter gloves that I had brought with me.”

“My crew and I have not tried them yet, as the winter has been very mild. The weather is getting colder this week so they should get used. The gloves look and appear to be very well made. The winters in the Yukon can be harsh, cold and long. Hopefully, they work out. Would I buy these again, possibly but they were very costly for a Canadian to buy. After the exchange rate, shipping cost and duty paid, they were more than double the price on your website. Just a little misleading, after all the paperwork is completed. Cheers”

“When i received the gloves, they seemed fine and fit well, except for the thumb area. The thumb area is way longer than my actual thumb(i dont have this issue with literally any other glove). The gloves made it a whole 2 days until they failed on me when the seams unraveled. Suffice it to say, im not particularly happy with my purchase. Overall not a great fit and not very durable.”

“Hands down the best gloves I ever owned. They are the perfect combination of durability, craftsmanship, and comfort. Also, the selection is over the top! If you can’t find what you are looking for in a glove at Youngstown - they don’t exist! More impressive than their gloves is the customer service and experience. They simply treat you the way you want/hope to be treated. They have a customer for life! Well Done Youngstown Glove!!!”

“Had a pair of them stitching was coming out and got hole sales rep replaced the next pair got holes and after that he said he wasn’t going to replace again. I won’t buy anymore for that money”
