My deposit was excepted and out of my bank account but not added to my account with yukon gold. I tried contacting and got a chat bot that asked same questions many times. I waited in que to speak to someone for 2 hrs and kept getting bumped back when i got closer in que. This left me believing its a big scam.”
“I made 2 deposits of $250 each and only one showed up in my casino account. I'm still trying to get either my $250 back in my bank account or into my casino account but Yukon Gold doesn't seem to be able to do anything about it because I can't contact a human being and their chatbot asks the same questions over and over . I feel robbed”
