“It was very stressful to get updates and actually get help from representatives. I was informed by my doctor's office to call and place the order because they had my insurance approval. When I waited on the line to speak to a representative, I was told to go online and do it myself. Which is fine, but I wish that information was available before wasting my time on the phone. Then I placed the order online and I was told it required a prescription from my doctor. I waited 3 days until I saw my doctor and I informed them about the prescription. And my doctor completed the process online. 3 weeks went by and my online status was continuously stating pending. Until I called Yummy Mummy and I was informed by a representative that it would be reviewed and that the process was 24 to 48 hours until I hear back. I made it clear I didn't have enough time left for my baby's arrival, and then my pump was actually delivered 2 days after that phone call. It was very stressful and lengthy.”
