“ My Chinese visa was rejected and I have visited twice to Zabeel Star to get my refund amount but i was not given the amount and made some excuse that our accountant is not availabe and finally i got the refund after 3 weeeks of rejection. Please make sure u come up with better Refund Policy. Regards, ”

“ Changing visa fee structure one week after accepting the applications and payments does not show a strong professionalism. Didn’t proceed at all with the payment, then why delay with the refunds? Had big expectations from you all but much disappointed. ”

“ You have let me down considerably on my request for China Visa. You have not provided any proof of application which makes me strongly believe that my application was not even submitted for visa at China consulate. I have easily obtained visa on same passport through other reputed agency. So if you are genuine i need full refund of the fees that very falsely charged to me. ”
