i receive my order in 3 part (it was a big order) the shipping was slow but the bathing suit was good quality but the other stuff was too small so it was a waste of money

I will never use this company again, every part of the process from order to receipt of garment is highly unusual and complex. I made 2 orders before Xmas, one I received in 2 parts which I had to contact them about, and one I had to pay £17.99 for, to have it delivered...!!! The order I had to pay for was obviously sub-contracted to China and I can only assume that was because they didn't have it in stock at their company/warehouse in Spain. Not only that, I didn't know that was the case until I was asked for payment to enable the parcel to be delivered from China. The company ZAFUL, didn't ask me if I still wanted the garments before proceeding, because they would know that CHINA ask the poor customer to pay that postage fee. On top of that, I was getting texts from DHL to say the address was incorrect and they couldn't deliver. (At first I did think it was a scam) My address was exactly correct on my order form. eventually after 3 texts I decided to change the City to one nearby and that solved the issue, but only after I paid £17.99 for the delivery. When I made the payment I didn't know what I was in the parcel in question, because as I mentioned before I had made 2 orders with ZAFUL. When my parcel arrived some weeks after the order was placed, it did have the correct address on and yes it had come from China. What is going on ???? I decided to return one garment that had come from China and I have been emailing the company for over a week to begin this process. They have responded making it completely clear that if it doesn't have the correct address on, then it is my responsibility. Funnily enough they didn't send their address in the email response, I had to reply again ( waiting for their obligatory 24 hour response time) and ask for it. They also asked for a tracking number. To get a tracking number the return postage would be double e.g £12 as opposed to £6 !! The garment for return was £21.99. So looking at the sums, I paid £17.99 for delivery from CHINA and they want the customer to then pay £12 to return it to them. My garment that was returned has now cost me £21.99 plus £17.99 plus £12 totalling £51.98... !!!! A total rip off. I will get £21.99 back hopefully, but I will have to wait and see, but effectively I have bought the garment twice !!! I have taken photographs of every part of their complicated process for proof should I ever need it. Fortunately I am an older person ordering on behalf of my daughter so am more than happy to highlight bad practice. The clientele this company are targeting with their attire are young people. They really are not being transparent to the costs they people may have to pay. If postage from China is something the customer is required to pay, the customer should be asked first if they still want to proceed with that order. Who is behind this company ? Do they have links with China ? Is China an associated company ? Why are they making something so easy, so difficult? Make your own judgements.
