“ Waiting for my order for a week now, and there is no sign of it, although it was meant to be delivered in 2-4 days. There is no way to contact them, website says there are no communication methods available. How is this acceptable ? Also, in this day and age there is no option to pay for express delivery. You have to wait ages for your items. Poor service. ”

“ Useless, parcel not arrived after 8 days. They use Hermes for delivery....Zalando can only contact them by email and you can't speak to anyone at hermes. Everything is automated and so is the online chat. So where is it??? I don't know and Zalando don't know either! When you call them, its like talking to a wall. ”

Plus they sent it in a ordinary paper box and cheep plastic foil. No Hugo boss belt box or even a dust bag. Very disappointed. It was suppose to be a birthday present! ”
