“I have been a loyal Zalando customer for years and have always appreciated your service. However, my recent experience has been unacceptable. My parcel has gone missing, and despite having confirmation from the courier (Evri) that the package is lost, your team has refused to issue a refund and is requiring me to complete unnecessary documentation. I have already initiated a formal dispute with my bank to resolve this, as I have not received the goods for which I paid. I am deeply disappointed that my issue has not been handled with the urgency it deserves. I truly think this place is not safe to shop and I will avoid it at all cost in the future.”

“The worst shopping experience ever! It took ages to get my item which I had to return due to a wrong size. I had to wait ages before I’ve got my money back! Then I bought the right size but the jacket never arrived and again ages before I’ve received my refund and in a meanwhile the customer service was replying to my emails like they were writing to a teenager with silly unformal English which I didn’t appreciate especially because when a client get disappointed the company in question should be more professional , I will never ever buy another product from them”

“SCAM!! I placed my very first order and I’ve never received it, it is marked as "returned to sender". I reordered, the package was supposed to arrive in 3-7 days, I’ve been waiting for 24 days so far and I still have no any news regarding the package. The tracking number is invalid. Total scam!!!!!!”

“Highly not recommended. Got Bell Super 3R from zalando lounge. It came with factory flaws at jaw part. Asked them to replace jaw part but they told me all they can do is take whole helmet and refund me cash to 14 days. Waste of time, look somewhere else.”

“Absolute horror dealing with this company. They ship with EVRI and as I come to find out, EVRI is also a nightmare. They delivered to the wrong address (their GPS tag and photo proves it), yet ZALANDO refuses to do anything about my claim. Will report them to every consumer agency possible. Customer support is absolutely awful and useless.”

““I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Zalando. I ordered snow boots, and not only was I not notified when the item was lost, but when I reached out to their customer service team via chat, I was treated very poorly. The representatives were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. This lack of communication and poor treatment is unacceptable, especially for an online retailer. I would not recommend Zalando based on this experience and will be hesitant to shop here again.””

“Purchased a pair of ladies shoes from the film wicked £164 for my granddaughter messages show delivered 24 Dec but have not been delivered customer service said they would call me back with in 5 days to see what has happened to them but have not had any call back 3 Jan looks like I have just lost though bad management will not use them again”

“Apparently it takes two weeks for them to send your order, and costumer service won't tell me why. I have never had such bad service before. If you can wait with no possibility for communication I guess it's fine. But I'm never going to order from here again.”
