The worst online retailer I have ever used. Their returns process is a joke and completely broken. The courier they use is just awful, and when that fails you use local post, which forces you to send to a PO BOX which Im assuming is never checked. Returned an item over a month ago and still getting the same boilerplate reply of them....steer clear of them.

If a returns goes missing/wrong for example you have to send proof of ID, signature, write a legal form they have and so on… to get your money back.

I am not in a position to go and drop the parcel, since had to sent it to my cousin in UK (They accept UK returns only what a surprise :) ) who is a student and nearest drop off point is far far away from him.
