“ The worst shopping experience ever! It took ages to get my item which I had to return due to a wrong size. I had to wait ages before I’ve got my money back! Then I bought the right size but the jacket never arrived and again ages before I’ve received my refund and in a meanwhile the customer service was replying to my emails like they were writing to a teenager with silly unformal English which I didn’t appreciate especially because when a client get disappointed the company in question should be more professional , I will never ever buy another product from them ”

“ Avoid!!!!!! Thieve- will not refund you on all your returns, will claim they didn't recieve them. Customer service rude and aggressive and will disconnect call- never a good sign from a company Just don't shop with them, you'll cry, delivery, non delivery, returns, customer service. The whole experience will have you miserable. You work hard for your money, don't give it to Zalando, they'll bend you over! ”
