"Zalora is a joke. I ordered pajamas for my wife for birthday. Ordered on 5\/19 didn't receive until 6\/27. The company doesn't respond to emails. After 30days i had to file a claim with PayPal and then magicly Zalora responded. The quality is poor. The items look like they were made in a high-school sewing class. Sizing if way off too. Stay away from this brand."

"Buy from Zalora at your own risk:(\r\nNot worth a star -Buy from Zalora at your own risk:(\r\nPurchased a pair of Clarks woman shoe and found the leather mold grows, is very disgusting \ud83e\udd2e\r\nThe shoe seem to be a pair of old shoe kept in the box for so long ($71.10)\r\nEmail to Zalora the photo but did not immediately action.\r\nThe CS Alissa can only asked you to wait for them to check and advise. Been waiting since morning till now and totally disappeared.\r\nTheir service and item from bad to worst.\r\nNot worth to take the risk."

“
Very generous online shop. Often times they give away discount vouchers. If you don't like the product, you can return the item within 30 days.
