“Spent $60 on product only to find that who ever shipped my goods left my house number off .So australia post returned my good back to sender who said they would refund me .well 2 weeks later i am still waiting for refund. Now i don't know who deals with the refunds but recived a email from Znooza Pets so watch out not good a returning money when they mess up ...”
“I started my beagle on the senior chews initially he ate them but about half way through the tub he now refuses to eat them even if I break them up into small pieces. I’ve checked the use by date and it looks ok and he’s eating a different brand of chew without hesitation.”
“I bought two packets of these prior to Xmas for my aging Labrador impressed by the packaging which revealed that they had been formulated by vets - this dog is food obsessed & I have never known him to reject any food or treats offered - in fact he will go to enormous lengths to steal food whenever he has opportunity - this treat however he will not touch after initially chewing some off & spitting it out - cannot explain it.
