I contacted them and within days my seeds were in the mail. They did not hesitate 1 bit. They even know emailed me and uh. Apologized, and uh referred me to a link of theirs to show me other ways how to pop seeds? So I will be popping theirs here really soon. Customer service number one with these guys ”
