“My experience with ZAP-Hosting has been extremely disappointing. I stopped using their services months ago, yet they continued trying to charge me repeatedly, even after they suspended the service themselves. These payments are not billed in arrears — you pay in advance — so there is no logical reason for them to keep attempting to charge for something that is no longer active or in use.
Their support is unprofessional and unhelpful. The replies are vague, slow, and offer no real solutions. On top of that, I even received messages with an inappropriate tone, bordering on threatening, simply because I was requesting something completely legitimate.
Unreliable service, poor billing management, and customer support that is far from acceptable. I absolutely do not recommend using this company for any hosting services.”
“Be careful with this provider's services, I ordered 3 lifetime servers and all of them were locked just because the payment for 1 server was accidentally cancelled.They should just lock 1 service, but all my services are locked by them. Be careful”
