“The worst hosting provider ever. CPU's are overloaded even in fresh games, RAM usage is poor. There is no way for refunds, game crashes or being "under DDoS attack" to make you pay for ddos security (even if your are playing with two friends :D )

“they advertise Minecraft modded support: none of the versions of CurseForge mod packs were updated to the most recent version. Their 'auto-update' script is broken. You have to fight to get them to update the pack to most-recent version. They have an internal script running that prevents you from complete control over your server properties (e.g. MOTD is always "hosted by Zap" instead of any message you might want; flight is always disabled; pvp is always enabled') .
First level support always responds with "nothing is wrong"; until you fight to second level and they say "we will fix it ~ but we will have to wait until someone higher than me can get to it".
They sold me 8gb of RAM, pretty sure it was more like 6. Server regularly crashed.
I do not recommend this provider. Choose any other provider before you choose this company.”

DO NOT use this. I bought a VPS from their website and first off the payment went trough twice and I ended up paying 214 instead of 170EUR. I contacted them and they did not want to refund me as they blamed it on the payment gateway. They decided to give me ZAP coins to use on their website which is not useful for me.
Next I started using their VPS and they are LXC Containers, which doesn't support docker. This is not specified anywhere in the VPS description. Again I contact them and they refunded me in ZAP coins.
At the end I ended up loosing 214 EUR and now I have 214 ZAP coins which I can only use on their server and have no use to me.
Shameful service. Straight up thieves”

Even when they can clearly see THEIR system messed up, and even though they took your money INSTANTLY, they will make you wait in my case over 15 hours of being tossed up and down the chain all with excuses of why it is taking so long and so forth. This place is a criminal enterprise posing as a business. They are scammers. RUN, RUN AWAY QUICKLY!!!!!!!!”
