“They are impossible to get in contact with. There’s no way to get a full refund like they say you can because they ignore you until after the 24hour period”

Return address does not exist..and they trade under false pretence..and seem to have a few different accounts! I purchased things from zapka.uk not Suzhou Amaya Information Technology ! If you Google them they don’t exist either..”

I was completely taken in by the fake reviews and ordered a dress that looks nice in the photos. When the dress finally arrived it was very badly made; the fabric was horribly cheap and the sizing way out even though I ensured I ordered according to their own sizing guide
I decided to initiate a return with them and soon discovered that returns are not 'easy' as advertised on their website, in fact in order to receive a refund the item would need to be returned to China by a tracked method of postage. Unfortunately PayPal do not want to help at all and therefore I have been left with a dress that cost £55 and is useless to me
Following countless emails and correspondence to both the company themselves and PayPal I have definitely learnt a lesson by this experience but do feel I would like to make others aware of before they are tempted to buy from this fraudulent company”
