“Complete scammers
I deeply regret ever purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago, but it was poor quality and not as described, so I promptly returned it. Fast forward three months, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
I’ve sent over 100 emails to their customer service, and every single response has been the same generic line: "I’ve escalated this issue." Yet, nothing ever happens beyond that. No confirmation, no timeline, no accountability. It’s become clear they’re just stalling and avoiding refunding my money.
At this point, I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! They’ll take your money, and when it comes to refunds, you’ll be left chasing them in circles. Worst online shopping experience ever.
I bought the dress £133 and paid another £30 to return it, down the drain. I will my bank to dispute it, I worked really hard to earn that money I am not gonna let a few scammers take. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.”
“Ordered a dress for my daughter to go t a wedding. Paid expedited fee for $25.83 for 3-5 business days. Received the dress 3 weeks later. For over 2 weeks I keep getting emails my dress is on the way. Did not like the quality and the fit. Very deceptive to charge for what is not rendered. Now trying to return the dress. I will not be shopping her again.”
“Wish I could give 0 stars, This company lies and makes it incredibly hard to get your product and then a refund if it's wrong. Their lack of care and customer response is disgusting. I would stay well away from this site. I purchased shoes (risky but they said "easy returns" so i figured it would work out) I paid extra $40 plus for quick shipping which took a week to even dispatch product and when they did not fit and I contacted the same day I had zero response until i followed up and then they gave me the run around with stupid requests for proof of foot size etc. Weeks of hassle and I just walked away in the end as I do not trust they will send my money back even if I sent the goods back (When I finally threatened bad reviews over social media they offered to take the product back but I had to send first and it would take a few months of "review" before they would send my money back. There are plenty of great sites you can buy from this one is not.”
“This place is a scam. They promised to ship my item within 48 hours. When they did not live up to this promise on their site I asked for my order to be canceled. They said they would but would only refund the shipping. Also, their "phone number" doesn't work because they are having trouble with their voicemail.”

Each time I contact customer service I receive the same automated reply. I will not be purchasing anything from Zapaka ever again.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. £130 for a prom dress which is too small in the bust. Numerous emails for a return without response. PayPal are no use. The size I ordered was the size I received. It doesn't matter if the true sizing is WAY off and too small. I can't afford another prom dress for my daughter so now she doesn't want to go. Devastated”

Return address does not exist..and they trade under false pretence..and seem to have a few different accounts! I purchased things from zapka.uk not Suzhou Amaya Information Technology ! If you Google them they don’t exist either..”

Do not be fooled into thinking this is a UK company with the Consumer Protection you would receive if it were based here!
I was completely taken in by the fake reviews and ordered a dress that looks nice in the photos. When the dress finally arrived it was very badly made; the fabric was horribly cheap and the sizing way out even though I ensured I ordered according to their own sizing guide
I decided to initiate a return with them and soon discovered that returns are not 'easy' as advertised on their website, in fact in order to receive a refund the item would need to be returned to China by a tracked method of postage. Unfortunately PayPal do not want to help at all and therefore I have been left with a dress that cost £55 and is useless to me
Following countless emails and correspondence to both the company themselves and PayPal I have definitely learnt a lesson by this experience but do feel I would like to make others aware of before they are tempted to buy from this fraudulent company”
