“Orders some boots and they never arrived I called customer they sent out a replacement and the replacement never arrived so I contacted customer service again they made me call the police and fill out a police report and then they just closed my account without reason or notice”
“Horrible company. Bought a pair of pants. Email received from them stated that this pair was supposed to be delivered last week. However, there was no tracking number. I waited a week and called the company. I was on the phone for 23 minutes just to find out that they never had this pair and therefore there was no tracking number provided. I was so upset, not only they have not communicated this information, they charged my credit card! I consider this company nothing but a FRAUD! I told them about it. They offered me 10$ coupon to use in the future, and I refused this coupon as I will never use this company again. It will take 21 days to get my money back from them. HORRIBLE”
“No matter what the problem or question, Zappos staff is happy to help you. Their high standard of customer service training is evident in their good natured and easy going spirit. A good example for any company!! The morale is in high gear at Zappos, obviously due to the treatment of their employees as well as a high regard for customers.”
