“ I recently purchased 2-8oz jars of Hot Therapy Hemp cream. You changed the label, but it’s the same formula. I suggested this idea to one of your customer service representatives, but I’m sending this message directly to the company. In the packaging of the jars, perhaps you could add a tab th the sealed lid to make it easier to remove. Now, I have to cut the lid out a pocket knife and it can be somewhat messy.
