i converted five PDFs into Excel files, and the data came through almost perfectly. even the table headers aligned, which rarely happens. liked that it didn’t flatten everything into images.

Converting scanned pages into a clean, readable PDF worked far better than expected. The OCR caught almost all the text accurately, even with uneven margins. Personally, I’d trust this tool over others for cleanup jobs. It just gets the alignment right without much fuss.

No tutorial, no confusion just a straight path to the functions. Deleted several pages from a long technical document and saved it in under five minutes. Personally, it’s the kind of tool that stays useful without needing updates all the time. What works just works.

didn’t freeze up once, even with three tabs open doing different things. that’s honestly more than i can say for a lot of desktop apps. fast, smooth, and doesn’t beg for upgrades.

no confusion, no reloads, just features that do what they say. batch convert helped me run through a pile of files in minutes. probably using this more often now.

Compressing large PDF files was quick and didn't compromise the quality. This feature helped me meet email attachment size limits.

Tools don’t glitch out, and conversions retain quality throughout. I liked how quiet the interface feels no need to read manuals to figure things out. A toggle for showing/hiding advanced options could help declutter.

got a bunch of pdfs combined with just a few clicks. no weird page numbers or misalignments. i like how simple the process is upload, drag, save. everything else stays out of the way.

got most of the way through a batch process, but one upload lagged. everything else was fine text editing, compression, exporting. just slowed down on a larger image file. maybe adding a file size indicator would help avoid future issues. overall still a solid platform.

got through six different tasks signing, compressing, merging, editing, exporting, and reordering without ever needing to open another tab or app. the fact that it’s all in-browser is so helpful when you’re on the go or using a stranger computer. what i liked most was that none of the tools felt half-baked. each one did what it was supposed to, and fast. maybe not the prettiest interface, but functional beats fancy for me.

smooth performance, even with image-heavy files. converting to different formats holds up nicely. didn’t run into any layout issues. feels trustworthy for recurring tasks like signatures and basic edits.

This tool really well it handled a batch of image files. I uploaded about 20 screenshots and converted them all to a single, neat PDF. The compression didn’t destroy the quality either, which I’ve had happen before with other services. I liked how everything felt snappy, even when working with bigger files. One of the better tools I’ve used.

It’s fast. I uploaded a 90-page document, made edits, and downloaded it again in under 10 minutes. Editing felt natural, like working with a word processor but directly on the pdf.

I switched to Zendocs after getting tired of clunky desktop editors. Being able to open a PDF and make quick tweaks in-browser without dealing with software updates or lag is a relief.

One thing I noticed was the page quality after compressing a file - it didn't go blurry or pixelated. That matters when you are sending out final versions.

i run zendocs on both my phone and laptop and the experience is consistent. the mobile browser version isn’t stripped down - it works like the desktop one.

I don't usually trust online pdf tools for sensitive files, but the encryption here feels solid. I also like how clear the file handling process is, nothing hidden
