“What a ripoff!!!! I bought the panties which were misrepresented. They were supposed to be high-waisted and be leakproof. Neither one was true. They are cheaply made, and the fit is ridiculous. They advertise that they have exchanges and refunds, but when you actually go to their policy, there are no refunds or exchanges on panties or other items that touch your skin. Beware!!! Once you buy them, you’re stuck with them. I will never buy anything else from this company.”

“Would rather give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Ordered 2 adjustable floor chairs for Christmas presents and never received them. Checked the tracking almost daily as the days led up to Christmas Day and it had not been updated to show where it was once it came into the US. Checked again on Christmas Eve and day. In early January, I had gone to look back at the tracking it all of a sudden was updated to show that it had been delivered to my mailbox on 12/20/24. This was completely false, as I never received the packages and there was no way 2 large products would have fit in my mailbox, let alone this is information was not shown on 12/23, 12/24, or 12/25 when I checked. The company took forever to respond to my concerns and then stood by their decision that it was delivered and they wouldn’t offer a refund or deliver the actual product. They chose not to make it right and I would never recommend them.”

“Machines are actually decent but the customer service is literally nonexistent. I tried several times to contact them via email over the course of a couple of weeks for help. They couldn't even bother sending back a "huh idk". No confirmation of email, no response, absolutely no help. A shame.”
