My wife does a lot of christmas shopping early (December 2, 2024) which then does not allow for enough time to do a return according to your policy. I only had 30 days, which was Jan. 2, 2025. “I will start by saying I have spent thousands on ZR products over the past years. I have another ZR jacket of the same size I ordered that I purchased about 3 years ago. There was a delay in my jacket being shipped so I contacted them and they said there was some embroidering on this jacket, I was concerned as I thought this was a standard stock item and not custom. I told them I do not want to be responsible for anything custom and I want to be able to return it if I don't like it. I was told, that is no problem to return it. Jacket came and is way too small, when I contacted ZR I was told it is not possible to return this jacket. I have contacted my credit card company to protest the charge. Very disapointed!!!”
