“We booked our scuba diving trip to Raja Ampat through this agency. Marc booked the trip for us making it an easy and smooth process. Vici went on the organise all our transfer and liase with the dive resort regarding our stay which again made things initially easy for us. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the resort we realized there had clearly been some miscommunication from Zublu. It was not made clear to us the protocol of diving at the resort. This resulted in us having less dives than what we had believed to have paid for at the point of booking. Marc escalated the issue and we did receive an explanation and one additional dive. Although we are grateful for this, at the end of the day we thought we had signed up to and paid for 12 dives yet we only had 9 (including the additional). The above has come down to a fault in communication from Zublu at the cost of our disappointment and expense. We are still in communications with Adam and hopefully he can rectify this.”
