We are first time parents and this course has been a game changer. I really like that there is an explanation as to why things work so you have a deeper understanding of baby behaviour. After only 1.5 weeks our 6 week old has gone from waking every 3 hrs to only waking up once at night and he is a much happier baby.
I have been recommending this program to anyone with a young baby. I would give it more stars if I could.
