I have absolutely loved every cake I've made from these so far. I've not made the flourless chocolate cake yet, but I've made the other three! The coconut raspberry lime leaf cake was a HUGE hit! Our friends loved it as the dessert on Saturday night, and with their morning coffee the next day. My husband exclaimed that he could smell the raspberry as he cut into it, and he truly loved that cake. The banana cinnamon cake was perfect for a treat at my school when I was meeting with two of the staff who were vegan (as well as a few others). They were delighted to eat the cake, and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. We ate every crumb! The carrot cake was an utter delight! The spices were perfect, and we had it after treating my brother to a nice lunch when he came out to visit. He loves carrot cake jam, but this carrot cake was RIGHT up his alley. He took several slices with him on the plane to enjoy both on the flight and when he got home. In short, I thoroughly expect that the chocolate cake will also blow me away, but honestly we all so completely enjoyed every aspect of the first three cakes that I couldn't wait to write a review. Looking forward to buying another set of these when I get my next paycheck!
