I may be biased because I work in the print industry, however the print saturation is very low thus what should have been a rich black print (based on file setup) came out to be about a 60-70% black.
Online ordering was quick and simple, the turnaround time was great - the product itself needs a little help.
Overall I'm as happy as I thought I'd be with a custom product that was ordered online.
