Love these bottles, this is the third one I’ve ordered, and I’ve always been really pleased with the quality.
However, I bought this one as a birthday present and it arrived in damaged packaging, which was disappointing. I contacted Ocean Bottle to report the issue, but unfortunately nobody has got back to me.
It’s a shame, as the product itself is excellent, but the customer service and condition of the packaging on arrival have let the experience down
