I wasn’t sure I would feel anything because I’ve tried other brands before but these ‘littles’ worked in a wonderfully gradual way. Somehow the effect eased it’s way within a half hour and I felt as though a weight had been lifted off of me. In my case, I no longer have PMS but I do have autoimmune disease and my daughter suggested I try these because they worked for her. I feel that when the stress of being in pain is relieved the aches become manageable. The flavor is really good, maybe too good if you’re not careful, lol! I take 1-2 gummies a day as needed, the cost is a bit high but quality of life is much more important!
