I just ordered the Wild Harvest Freshed Picked Organic Pine Needles for the first time. The spruce sprigs seemed very fresh when they arrived. Very few needles fell off when I opened the package. I wanted to try pine needle tea and I had never had any kind of spruce or pine tea before, so I didn't know what to expect. The tea was amazing, I love the it. It's hard to describe the flavour its mild and slightly peppery. Very soothing.
