The Brewista gooseneck kettle is very pretty, but most importantly does what you want it to do. You need it's to pour water slowly, it can do that, want it to pour quickly it can do that. Want it to pour precisely in a single steam it will do that. Add... It can do this as well as controlling the temperature of the water. It's made my experience of making pour-overs much nicer overall, highly recommend.
