The shirt is thick enough that I don’t feel like I’m going to damage it in the gym, but not so thick that it will be stifling hot. I love the design, and the weight of the fabric. I ordered an XL which is what I usually order for an oversized fit, I’d say it’s a slightly bigger xl, but that’s great for me.
