My Buck General knife arrived with a 5mm circle mark on the pommel. I contacted Buck Uk with a polite E-mail asking them to inspect their knives before they despatch them to the customers. Although offered an exchange they failed to take my point and said it is part of the manufacturing process ( which it is not). I have had three previous Buck knives and been satisfied with their quality and value. Having got nowhere with the UK office. I am now speaking directly to quality control in the USA.
