I used my new hammock on a backpacking trip and it was starting to rain when we got to our camp - I was super glad that setting up the Nakie hammock was just as easy as I was led to believe. I'm not sure how these reviews will be posted so I'm going to include my customer service blurb on each of my reviews.
Customer service with Nakie is bar none - I can't recall a company I have dealt with in the last 10 years where there was service like what I experienced with Nakie.
