Great experience with customer service, which made the whole process easier!! Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and on top of making sure I received my uncle’s urn on time for funeral services. Overall, I felt valued and understood! The final product was exactly what I expected and was very sturdy! I definitely recommend this business! Thank you to all of the staff that made this process as easy as possible!
