We bought this machine in the middle of the COVID work-from-home situation. It has totally lived up to our expectations. We were moving from a Jura fully automatic machine to the Mini to have more control over the shot and most importantly the milk frothing. We really missed that authentic coffee shop richness and this machine hasn't disappointed us yet. We initially had a minor issue with the machine and the company dispaced a tech the same week who then ran a full diagnostics, replaced a part "just to be safe" and gave us a quick tutorial on the machine while he was there. That's the service you would expect for the price and that's what you get.
